General Terms and Conditions
Please read the following general terms and conditions. Some special requirements can be discussed upon mutual agreement.
- Delivery time: In general, we deliver 4 weeks after order confirmation
- Order quantity: We suggest ordering at least 8000-12000 MT/ Full of Berge 300-330 Feet
- Packaging: Bulk
- Incoterms: FOB (Malahayati Port, Banda Aceh, Indonesia)
- Payment method: We prefer payment with an irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight. Those who are not familiar with the L/C process shall be paid by Bank Wire Transfer payment with 50% paid in advance and a 50% balance shall be paid against a scanned copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). Original B/L will be sent once the balance payment is cleared.
